With all of the workouts and diets we see on the market, it’s easy to become confused. Starting a new fitness program can be challenging and extremely rewarding, but if you’re not careful, you can start to experience fatigue and also cause injury. Try this workout for 20 days and you will see the results

Directions for success

a. Warm up – 3 minutes dancing samba

b. Repeat each exercise for 2 to 4 sets

c. Dance samba for 2 minutes every time you complete all 5 exercises

d. You should hold the plank for 20-45 seconds

Workout Schedule

Day 1 to Day 5

 

  1. Do all exercise 15-25 times (repeat twice)
  2. Dance samba in between every set of 5 exercises

 

Day 6 to Day 8

  1. Do all exercise 15-25 times (repeat four times)
  2. Dance samba in between every set of 5 exercises

Day 9 to 10

  1. Do all exercise 15-25 times (repeat three times)
  2. Dance samba in between every set of 5 exercises
